PATTERN MAKER (Industry City, Brooklyn, NY) Starting Pay: $17.00 – $25.00/hr. JOB DUTIES: Draft, grade, and alter patterns by hand for womenswear and other apparel categories Collaborate with sample makers to ensure accurate first fits Make corrections and adjustments based on fitting sessions Maintain organized and clearly labeled pattern archives Work closely with the design team to bring client concepts to life with precision REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 years of sewing experience Experience with overlock and coverstitch techniques (skill proficiency is the priority, not just machine familiarity) Ability to work across various styles and silhouettes High attention to detail and ability to stay organized Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively Experience in a sample room or production environment preferred Ability to work fully on-site in Industry City, Brooklyn Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour Experience: Sewing: 2 years (Required) Glove Sewing: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
