ETL Informatica Engineer

Top Three Skills: 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer working within ETL (Informatica) and Data DeliveryExperience with data architecture (conceptual, logical, physical, transactional, dimensional, and Star/Snowflake modeling)Experience integrating data into the AWS CloudRESPONSIBILITIES• Enabling cloud data integrations in AWS• Designing and implementing ETL frameworks, preferably using Informatica• Designs and builds conceptual, logical and physical dimensional data models and third normal form artifacts.• Implement new data development, ensuring consistency and integration with existing data warehouse structure and framework.• Ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity and data availability is maintained• Demonstrate knowledge in writing, understanding and tuning PL/SQL and/or T-SQL is a must• Understanding of relational database concepts and experience with data modeling is a must• Highly skilled in OOP design and development, preferably in Python and Perl• Install, Configure, Upgrade, Deploy and Support of Informatica and Autosys Setup• Work with Infrastructure and Admin team for new setupsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience• Financial Industry experience with understanding of financial market data is preferred• 6+ years relevant work experience in technology environment• Sophisticated knowledge with Data Architecture (conceptual, logical, physical, transactional, dimensional, and Star/Snowflake modeling).• Ability to design and visualize a system's architectural blueprints using UML, ERD, and Data flow diagrams.• Understanding of web application development• Experience in agile development• Ability to design and participate in application discovery and architecture workshops
