At the Melt, we are looking for highly experienced Crew Members to work Late-night Weekday & Weekend Closing shifts until 3:00am PT getting out about 30=60 minutes after Closing Time from within the food service industry for a Fast Casual or Quick Service (QSR) brand, we want you to apply to explore joining our Team/Family! Position Description Title: Crew Members Report To: General Manager - Service Excellence Ensures “I Love It Here” experience for every guest Ensure standards are consistently met for speed of service, order accuracy, product quality, and store cleanliness Handles problem resolution with composure while living The Melt values Inspires, motivates, and coaches fellow Crew Members to their very best performance Profitable Operations Ensures food quality, food safety and store cleanliness. Follows all health, safety and sanitation guidelines. Follows cash management and cash register policies and procedures. Qualifications Must be Happy and Positive with a collaborative team-oriented work ethic. Must have at least 2-3 years of Crew Member-level r experience within The Fast Casual, QSR or Mid-Scale Casual Dining segment. Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to learn quickly and the leadership skills to build and be part of a team. Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must have exceptional work ethic. Must be 18 to apply Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week, including late nights and weekends. Must develop and maintain effective working relationships.
