This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you'll support the administration of collective bargaining agreements and ensure compliance with labor laws.Key Responsibilities:Contract Administration: Interpret collective bargaining agreements and guide managers on their application.Grievance and Dispute Resolution: Administer grievance procedures, represent the company in meetings, and resolve disputes effectively.Union Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with union representatives and facilitate regular discussions.Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and assist in developing policies for compliance.Training and Communication: Develop training programs on labor relations topics and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.Investigations: Conduct investigations into employee complaints related to union matters.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.Experience in labor relations, preferably within a unionized manufacturing environment.Thorough knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Preferences:Experience with collective bargaining negotiations and grievance administration.Experience with HRIS systems.Take the next step in your career and apply now to become a key player in our Labor Relations team.
