Software Engineer III - Full-stack Developer with Anthropic Experience

Overview In this role you will design, build, and deliver full-stack software and AI-enabled solutions for client engagements. You will architect and implement scalable features across front-end and back-end systems on cloud-native infrastructure, and lead end-to-end delivery from requirements to deployment. You will integrate Claude-based AI capabilities to deliver context-aware experiences and automation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable client outcomes. This is a hands-on, production-focused engineering role with emphasis on delivering impactful, scalable AI-enabled platforms. ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deliver full-stack software and AI-enabled solutions for client engagementsArchitect and implement scalable front-end and back-end featuresDesign and operationalize RESTful and asynchronous APIs on cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) with CI/CD and IaCLead end-to-end delivery from requirements through deployment and monitoringIntegrate large language model platforms (Claude) and AI applications to enable context-aware features and toolingCollaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements and participate in code reviewsTroubleshoot defects, improve performance, write automated tests, and support production readiness including incident response and on-call rotations Key requirements6+ years of software engineering with full-stack focus, including 3+ years in full lifecycle development4+ years designing, developing, and delivering AI/ML solutions1+ year designing/implementing production agentic workflows (orchestration, tool integration, state management, guardrails, human-in-the-loop)1+ year hands-on experience with Claude Agent SDK including orchestration and integrations1+ year hands-on experience deploying production solutions using Anthropic Claude models1+ year applying prompt engineering, context engineering, and structured outputs to AI solutions1+ year leading project workstreams or engagements translating business problems into AI solutions4+ years full-stack development using Python/Java/.NET/Go/Node.js and front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)4+ years client-facing development building REST/GraphQL APIsExperience with AWS/Azure/GCP and integrating Claude APIs in commercial appsBachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experienceAbility to travel ~50% and be legally eligible to work in the USStrong communication and collaborationIndependence and teamworkAttention to detail and qualityFull-stack development (Python/Java/.NET/Go/Node.js)Front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)REST and GraphQL APIs
