This IS department defines and maintains the Information Services Department's core management functions.The Vendor Management Consultant reports to the Portfolio Manager and collaborates closely with the Portfolio Manager and Senior Director of the CIO.Key Job ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction and oversight of the Portfolio Manager:Supports the day-to-day operations of the Office of the CIO – Vendor and Portfolio Management teamCoordinates and ensures team SLAs and activities are being addressed appropriatelySupports the Portfolio Manager by addressing incoming inquiries or issues and escalates as appropriate.Supports oversight of vendor contracts and renewals.Should have strong vendor management experienceSupports oversight of legal intake and the legal review processTracks vendor expenses and identifies and highlights anomaliesUsing different data sources demonstrates the ability to create meaningful reportingCreate PowerPoint decks/presentations for management/executive audienceProven ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management, especially leadershipAbility to identify and develop solutions for continuous process improvementAbility to lead, facilitate, and coordinate meetings, as needed and directed by the Portfolio ManagerRepresents in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers and the business community.Other responsibilities, as assignedJob Requirements:7+ years' related experienceMicrosoft Excel (Proficiency: Advanced)Microsoft PowerPoint (Proficiency: Advanced)Microsoft Visio (Proficiency: Intermediate)Experience with ServiceNow SPM, ITSM and SAMExperience with Project Portfolio Management and ITIL frameworkStrong project management and planning capabilitiesFinancial/Business analysis techniques and strong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and oral business communications skillsStrong ability to interface/communicate with all levels of management, especially leadershipSelf-starter with the ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and deal with ambiguityCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented and attention to qualityExperience with ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, SAMITIL, PMP certification a plusDrives ResultsCollaborates: Works with a variety of colleagues, inside and/or outside seeking win-wins solutions.Courage: Tackles difficult issues timely with optimism and transparency.Education Qualification:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
