Degrees higher than the minimum qualification degree can be used in combination with additional work experience.A combination of related education, on-the-job work experience, certifications and/or licenses that results in a candidate successfully meeting the minimum qualifications of the position, may be considered. This role designs, delivers, and evaluates learning experiences while supporting departments with learning technologies, training data, and accessible content. Collaborates with HR, IT, and Compliance to advance cross-functional initiatives, support change management, and integrate innovative tools, including AI, microlearning, and digital credentialing, into learning programs. This position manages platforms such as Workday Learn, LinkedIn Learning, FranklinCovey, and BizLibrary. This role oversees the Learning Management System (LMS) administration, leads compliance training, and supports talent development across the institution.Learning Technology & LMS AdministrationServe as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Learn.Serve as SME for BizLibrary, managing assignments, user access, roles, learning paths, and reporting.Support integration and deployment of learning content from internal and external platforms.Partner with HR Functional Analyst to ensure accurate data, system enhancements, and smooth LMS operations.Program Development, Facilitation & Content CreationDesign and deliver professional development experiences across in-person, virtual, hybrid, and self-paced formats.Apply LX design principles and incorporate user feedback to improve effectiveness.Build accessible, inclusive content following WCAG 2.1 and UDL guidelines.Curate and adapt materials from FranklinCovey, LinkedIn Learning, and BizLibrary for learning paths, onboarding, and compliance.Learning Evaluation & AnalyticsDevelop dashboards and tools to measure participation, satisfaction, and performance outcomes.Use Workday Learn, Smartsheet, and survey tools to track compliance training and employee engagement.Apply learning evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels) to assess program impact.Produce data-informed reports to support strategic planning.Stakeholder Engagement & Departmental ConsultingServe as a learning consultant to departments.Collaborate with faculty and staff to design department-specific training.Guide teams in using Workday Learn and BizLibrary effectively.Align professional development programs with retention and succession strategies.Project Management & Change EnablementLead learning-related initiatives using Smartsheet for timelines, resources, and risks.Support change management efforts through communication and stakeholder alignment.Maintain organized documentation for projects, evaluations, and reports.Collaborate with leadership on strategic priorities.Marketing & CommunicationsDevelop promotional strategies such as email campaigns, newsletters, and drip campaigns.Ensure communications align with institutional branding and accessibility guidelines.Promote awareness and participation through clear, inclusive messaging.Minimum QualificationsOther Duties as AssignedBachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Business, or another related field; plus, two (2) years of experience in Learning and Development, Training Coordination, or Instructional Design.
