Our Aligned DNA is what makes us unique and successful!As part of our exciting growth, we are currently searching for a Maintenance Program Manager.Responsible for managing and controlling the preventative, predictive maintenance of plant machinery, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment. Working alongside the Facility Managers, the Maintenance Program Manager coordinates day-to-day operations of Aligned Data Center properties to a high standard of operability & sustainability. Oversee all building systems and critical facilities equipment and other support equipment associated with data center environments including building management systems, fire/life safety, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, and equipment to support 100% uptime and customer success.Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate with Facility Manager(s) and Site Director(s) to schedule maintenance and project work.Develop and manage the preventative maintenance calendar for the facility(s).Generate, distribute, and oversee all notifications for preventative maintenance, contracted maintenances, and general maintenances.Foster partnerships via routine communication with customers and vendors.Establish and enforce contracts to support the MEP infrastructure and validate contractual agreements are being followed.Coordinates the scheduling, development and supports preventive maintenance, contracted maintenance, and general maintenance.Review vendor reports and inspection records to identify faulty equipment. Providing the necessary documents to the FM/Dir.Facilitate coordination of all mechanical/electrical operations, maintenance, and energy management programs for a critical facilities environment.Facilitate and manage new assets from internal projects for Operations in conjunction with Service Delivery.Ensure conformance with all change control development, approvals, and execution.Review and approve change requests, MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs submitted by vendors for all Preventative Maintenance, then pass on to FM for final approval.Assist with the reviewing and approving of internal change requests, MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs for Maintenance purposes.Alongside the FM, evaluate, assign, and monitor the maintenance efforts of in-house PMs and contractor PMs.Continuous evaluation of all building systems to ensure efficient operations.Partner with internal departments to support sales tours, customer fit outs, customer events, sustainability & safety initiatives, capital projects and audits.MPM will assist in client-based audits and internal audits for the facility(s). Preparing all necessary documentation and scheduling with onsite staff.Assist in developing, managing, and forecasting OPEX and CAPEX budget for the facility(s).Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, government agencies and directives as relates to building operations.Enforce safe work responsibilities and safety procedures capabilities of critical facilities employees and contractors.Assist in developing, managing, and forecasting electrical and mechanical capacity for the facility(s).Leads the company culture via mentoring of operations personnel in career and personal development.Primary technical resource for building specifics in all facility & operational facets.
