The role will partner closely with Engineering, GSM, Operations teams and CMs to establish qualification plans, timelines, benchmarks, and risk mitigation strategies.Responsibilities:Drive cross-functional alignment across teamsCoordinate build readiness and execution with OEM partnersLead executive communicationsReport KPI metrics through dashboardsQualifications:5+ years of experience in operations, program management, manufacturing, process engineering, or product developmentBachelor’s degree in an Engineering field requiredStrong program management skillsCross-functional leadership experienceRisk management experienceExecutive communication skillsExperience with SQL, Tableau, or Python is a plus
