Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to upsell menu items effectively. *Responsibilities* * Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. * Take accurate food and beverage orders using the OpenTable system or similar platforms. * Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. * Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. * Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. * Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders. * Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while adhering to company policies. * Foster positive guest relations through attentive service and effective communication. *Experience* * Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. * Knowledge of food industry standards and practices is beneficial. * Experience working in nightclubs or high-energy venues is an advantage but not mandatory.
