What will you do? Maintain daily Lucky North Club procedures, including ID verification, filing, record keeping, and application coding  Enroll new club members and recruit additional guests into the program  Communicate promotional information and club benefits to guests and team members Update customer account information, understand direct mail parameters, and remain knowledgeable on point structures  Assist with guest questions, complaints, and problem resolution  Support promotions while answering and routing incoming phone calls to appropriate departments  More about you Basic computer skills       Communication skills   Sales skills         No degree or experience required       Physical requirements Standing for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Shift details Days Evenings Split shift Holidays Evenings as needed Weekends Every weekend 8hr shift 10hr shift 12hr shift Events Weekdays as needed Who we are Delaware North Gaming operates Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire.
