Radiology Technician (X-Ray Tech) – Urgent Care We are looking for a friendly, skilled Radiology Technician to join our growing urgent care team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in providing excellent patient care. What You’ll Do Perform diagnostic X-rays in accordance with established protocols, radiation safety standards, and California regulations Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort, safety, and clear communication Use proper radiation protection and maintain imaging equipment Accurately document studies and ensure images receive appropriate interpretation Maintain clean, well-stocked exam rooms Assist with urgent care clinical flow, including rooming patients, taking vitals, obtaining histories and chief complaints, performing point-of-care testing, and supporting patient discharge Provide front-office support as needed (greeting patients, answering phones, collecting co-pays) What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent ARRT certification required Active California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a busy urgent care setting and assisting with both clinical and operational tasks Basic computer and EHR proficiency Schedule Expected to be 12 hour shifts, 3 - 4 days a week Start date in March 2026 We value professionalism, flexibility, and a patient-first mindset—and we’re excited to welcome someone who shares those values to our urgent care team.
