Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children in a healthcare or educational setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support patients with behavioral health needs
- Provide support and guidance to families and caregivers
- Stay current on best practices in the field of special education
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proficiency in medical terminology and medical documentation
- Experience working with children, particularly in behavioral health settings
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
