Handyman

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Handyman role based in Beaver County, PA with some tasks that can be coordinated or documented from home. The Handyman will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and minor improvements on residential properties, including basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks within scope of experience and local regulations. Daily responsibilities include inspecting properties, responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, completing punch lists, and ensuring work areas are clean and safe. The role also involves coordinating with the real estate team, vendors, and residents to schedule work, document completed jobs, and track materials or parts needed. This position requires timely response to urgent issues, occasional flexible hours, and a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer service.QualificationsHands-on experience with general home maintenance, including basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, minor drywall repair, and fixture installation.Working knowledge of basic plumbing tasks (e.g., unclogging drains, fixing leaks, replacing faucets) and minor non-licensed electrical work (e.g., replacing switches, outlets, light fixtures) in accordance with local guidelines.Ability to safely use common hand and power tools, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to diagnose issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.Reliable transportation to travel between properties in and around Beaver, PA, with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with clients, residents, and team members.Comfort using a smartphone or computer to receive work orders, share photos, document completed tasks, and communicate with the team.High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade training, certifications, or prior property maintenance experience are beneficial.Ability to lift and carry materials, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks safely over the course of the workday.Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and quality
