Sr. OpenStack DevOps EngineerLocation: Plano, TX 75093 Duration: long term contractJob Summary: Seeking a highly skilled OpenStack DevOps Engineer with expertise in infrastructure automation, cloud platforms, and Linux systems, including hands-on OpenStack experience, scripting, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) capabilities.Key Responsibilities & Skills: Experience: 12+ years overall IT experience; 4+ years hands-on OpenStack experienceDesign, deploy, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize OpenStack-based cloud infrastructure.Administer Nova, Neutron, Cinder, and Keystone.Manage instances, images, flavors, security groups, networks, storage, and other OpenStack components.Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and configuration using Ansible and Terraform.Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash.Administer Linux-based systems across development, staging, and production environments.Maintain documentation for operational procedures and system architecture.
