Contractor Sales
Provide customer support to walk-in retail and contractor customers and answer the phone and emails from customers. Assist customers with issues such as product selection, pricing and availability. Determine customer expectations in order to recommend specific products based on cost, availability or specification. Generate sales quotes requiring a working knowledge of the company products.
