True resilience is collective, it requires us to protect our people, our data, and our planet.As a QA Engineer supporting MIS teams, you will work across diverse business systems including SaaS platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, etc.), hosted solutions, and internally developed applications to ensure high quality output. This role requires a self-starter mentality and the ability to quickly learn new systems and requirements, including specialized testing for AI systems and Large Language Models (LLMs).This role is ideal for someone who thrives on continuous learning, takes ownership of quality assurance processes, and can quickly become proficient with new applications and technical environments.ResponsibilitiesTest Strategy and PlanningDevelop and implement comprehensive test strategies for MIS systems and projectsCreate detailed test plans and test cases for new features, enhancements, and integrationsMaintain QA best practices and standards across all platformsQuickly adapt to and learn new systems, platforms, and business processes with minimal guidanceProactively dig into requirements documentation to thoroughly understand system functionalityTest ExecutionPerform thorough manual testing across the full spectrum of MIS applications and softwareExecute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testingPerform specialized testing of AI systems including Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI, evaluating outputs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirementsConduct performance and load testing when necessaryAutomated TestingDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to appropriately support a variety of applicationsIdentify opportunities and implement test automation for repetitive testing scenariosContinuously improve test automation coverage and efficiencyDefect ManagementIdentify, document, and track software defects using appropriate toolsAnalyze and document bugs and errors discovered during testing phasesProvide clear, detailed reproduction steps and supporting evidence for identified issuesCollaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of issuesPerform root cause analysis on critical bugs to prevent recurrenceCross-Platform TestingTest integrations between systems to ensure data consistency, data flow, and functionalityVerify end-to-end business processes that span multiple systemsRapidly gain understanding of business workflows to provide meaningful QA feedbackReporting and DocumentationPrepare detailed test reports and quality metrics for stakeholdersMaintain up-to-date test documentation, including test cases and proceduresReport test results in a clear, concise manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDevelop comprehensive test plans that align with business requirementsCollaborationWork closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycleParticipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives as appropriateWork closely with teams to resolve identified issuesContinuous ImprovementStay updated on the latest QA methodologies, tools, and best practicesPropose and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectivenessQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience in software quality assuranceStrong experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies across SaaS platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, etc.)Proficiency in at least one test automation framework (Copado Robotic Testing experience is a plus)Working knowledge of programming/query languages (SOQL, SQL, Java, Python) and API testing tools like PostmanExperience with Jira for requirement and bug managementKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)Understanding of testing approaches for AI systems, particularly for evaluating LLM outputs for accuracy and alignment with requirementsExperience with database testing and data integration validationFamiliarity with workflow automation tools (UiPath, Work-Relay is a plus) Knowledge of security testing principles and best practicesExceptional attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentSelf-motivated ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies with minimal supervisionThe base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 - $105,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.Application deadline: 6/1/2026.
