Account Manager

In this role, you’ll help manage the financial and administrative operations of our clients’ careers and personal lives while serving as the connective thread for finance-related communications between clients and their teams. Key Responsibilites Bookkeeping & Data Management Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all data is up to date. Financial Reporting Generate detailed reports to provide clients with clear insights into their finances. Budget Oversight Create and manage tour budgets, ensuring smooth financial execution. Accounts Payable/Receivable Oversee AP/AR processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Payroll Administration Manage payroll for clients and their teams with precision and care. Insurance Coordination Facilitate and oversee insurance coverage to meet client needs. Income & Royalty Tracking Monitor and track income streams, including royalty payments. Tax Preparation Gather and organize tax-related information for timely and accurate filing. Client Tax Strategy Work closely with CPA staff to provide strategic tax guidance to clients. What we’re looking for Accounting Expertise 2+ years of accounting experience, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and managing AP/AR with precision. Music Industry Knowledge: 2+ years in the music business, with a deep understanding of working with artists and their unique needs. Financial Savvy Experience creating and managing budgets, overseeing payroll, and facilitating insurance coverage. Detail-Oriented Approach Acute attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in financial tracking, tax preparation, and royalty payments. Tech-Savvy Mindset Comfort with learning and adapting to new software and systems with ease. Strong Communicator Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of personalities. Salary Base Salary $75K — $150K Incentives + generous bonus plan + commissions + partnership opportunities
