As a CareLinx caregiver, you'll collaborate with a team of care advisors who will match you with clients that align with your preferences, such as schedule, duration, and the specific needs of each individual. What We're Looking For: A compassionate and caring nature Reliability and professionalism Strong communication skills Ability to work independently Comfort with managing varying client schedules Tech-savvy Qualifications: At least six (6) months of caregiving experience or relevant educational background (CNA, HHA, MA, etc.) Ability to communicate in English (bilingual is a plus) Completion of required training and vetting Medical documentation (physicals) as required by state regulations Care plan proficiency preferred Experience in home health, caregiving, and home assessment services Your Role as a CareLinx Caregiver: You’ll provide essential companionship and assist with daily activities that can include: Cooking and meal preparation Running errands and transportation Exercise and walking support Medication reminders Bathing, grooming, and light housekeeping Accurately documenting care tasks and reporting through the CareLinx app Collaborating with care advisors to ensure the best care is delivered Salary: $20-$24 CareLinx by Sharecare is a leading nationwide network of tech-enabled caregivers and licensed nurses dispatched on-demand to serve patients in need.
