We help patients with treatment-resistant depression find lasting relief, and we make the referral process seamless for the providers who send them to us.About the RoleThis is a full-time, field-based role owning referral growth across Westchester and Rockland County. You'll build and manage relationships with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, therapists, and mental-health practices, introduce them to SPRAVATO® as a referral option for their treatment-resistant patients, and turn those relationships into a consistent referral stream.You'll report directly to the CEO and own your territory. This is an outside role — you'll spend your time in front of providers, not behind a desk. Local travel across the region is expected.Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and mental-health practicesIntroduce and educate providers and their staff on SPRAVATO® treatmentConvert provider introductions into steady, repeatable referralsManage ongoing communication with referral partnersPlan and run outreach and provider-education sessionsWhat We're Looking ForExisting relationships within the Westchester/Rockland (or northern NJ) medical communityA proven track record of turning cold provider introductions into consistent referralsBackground in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or provider relationsCredibility to engage MDs and Clinical Directors as a peerStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-directed and comfortable managing your own territory and scheduleCompensation$100,000–$150,000 base salary, depending on experience and existing network, plus performance bonuses and commission.
