Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Life Insurance Agent for a full-time hybrid role based in Newport Beach, CA, with flexibility for partial remote work. In this role, you will engage clients to understand their insurance needs, explain available life insurance options, and guide them through the process of selecting suitable coverage. Responsibilities include acquiring and retaining customers, conducting policy reviews, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaboration with the brokerage team and maintaining compliance with industry regulations are essential components of this position. Qualifications Experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage.Understanding of Finance principles, especially related to insurance and financial planning.Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to build relationships and address client concerns.Knowledge of insurance products and practices in the life insurance industry.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.Licensure in life and health insurance or the willingness to obtain it.Proficiency in using digital tools and software for insurance applications and client management is a plus.
