Overnight Pastry Chef Manager

Le Parfait Paris in San Diego, CA is looking for one OVERNIGHT MANAGER in charge of finishing all baked goods and pastries prior to send to each pastry shops (currently 6 locations) We are located at 4564 Alvarado Canyon Road Suite G 92120. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, reliable and responsible. Starting time 8pm until 4:30am. Full time 5 days a week, 8hrs shifts. Must have Weekends and Holidays available!! MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS BAKER LEAD OR PASTRY LEAD!! (no home baker) Responsibilities - OVERSEE OVERNIGHT SHIFT, LEAD 3 to 4 PEOPLE WITH YOU. - Proof and bake each croissants and breads - Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed - Decorate pastries using various techniques to ensure an appealing presentation - Package everything in delivery boxes -Control with delivery driver that everything is properly boxed and organized in the truck - Place fruits orders based on inventory - Print shift report - Fill out end of shift report - Ensure team member are taking their break on time and clocking in/out on time - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry lab Qualifications Attention to detail in all aspects of baking Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal 2 YEARS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE NO HOME BAKER If you are a dedicated Pastry Cook with a love for all things sweet, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
