Accounting Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client who is in search of an experienced Accounting Manager to join a team in Parker, CO. Qualified candidates with 5+ years of accounting experience and 2+ years of management experience are encouraged to apply. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $95,000 to $120,000 per year.Job Responsibilities:Oversee month-end close management including accruals and financial statement analysisPrepare Balance Sheet account reconciliationsEstablish and analyze internal financial statements ensuring accuracy and timely reportingMonitor the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recordedManage a team of three and give them direction in the accounting spaceSupport Staff Accountant with A/R and A/P entries, schedules, and payments as neededParticipate in the ongoing development and establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies Qualifications:Bachelors in Accounting and/or FinanceExperienced managing a team for 2+ yearsProficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skillsExperience with Sage 100 Experience: Manufacturing industry experienceStrong analytical, problem-solving and organization skillsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAble to work independently and take initiative REF #49038 #LI-POST #ZR
