Freelance Web Developer and Designer

Our web development company is seeking freelance web developers to build custom websites for small-to-medium businesses across the US and beyond. Our team’s workflow uses established template frameworks and automated processes to improve speed and efficiency, but every project still requires thoughtful customization and a strong creative eye. You will be responsible for turning client requirements into polished, conversion-focused websites while maintaining a consistent level of quality across design, branding, and user experience. This is a freelance position with ongoing work based on project availability, performance, quality, and turnaround time. We are looking for dependable developers and designers who can become long-term creative partners as our project volume continues to grow. *What You'll Work On:* * Customizing template-based frameworks to create unique, professional website designs * Creating and refining logos, promotional graphics, and other website assets * Performing basic video editing and preparing video content for websites * Developing cohesive visual branding across each project * Structuring pages with effective UI/UX principles * Ensuring websites are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile * Working efficiently across multiple client projects while meeting project requirements and deadlines *Platforms:* We build our websites inside our own platform, so training will be provided. Previous web design experience is highly preferred, but we are also interested in developers with experience using: * _Wix_ * _Shopify_ * _Other major website-building platforms_ Additional Platforms: Canva, Veo3, ChatGPT/Gemini, WeVideo, Google Suite. Note: Back-end development and advanced WordPress development skills are not required. *What We're Looking For:* * A strong eye for graphic design * A clear understanding of effective UI/UX design * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines * Clear, consistent, and timely communication with Dev Leads regarding project challenges, technical issues, and collaborations/revisions. * Experience with AI content generation, video editing, and/or copywriting is also preferred. *How to Apply:* Please submit: * A brief 1–2 paragraph cover letter summarizing your relevant experience and the platforms you’ve worked with the most. * A portfolio of recent web design or graphic design work.
