As a Testing Technician, you’ll help transform complex questions into definitive answers. You’ll build tests, break things (on purpose), uncover insights, and help deliver the proof that drives high-consequence decisions.This isn’t a repetitive lab job - every day is something different!What You’ll DoYou’ll work closely with engineers and technical experts to execute testing programs that involve:Setting up and performing mechanical, thermal, pressure, vibration, and environmental tests across diverse equipment and industries. Installing and operating sensors, strain gauges, hydraulic circuits, pumps, controllers, and data acquisition systems. Using hand and power tools as well as industrial equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts. Supporting investigative work, documentation, and analysis as part of a collaborative technical team.Adapting to rapidly changing project demands — variety is the norm here.What Makes You a Great FitYou’re more than technically capable — you have the mindset of a Stress engineer. Strong communicator with the ability to work well with engineers and clients.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (relevant technical education considered). 3+ years in an industrial maintenance or lab environment (or equivalent training). Mechanical and/or electronic aptitude, including basic troubleshooting ability. Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures. Ability to work overtime, including occasional nights/weekends, as needed. Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly; must have a valid driver’s license.Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
