How You'll Make An ImpactIn this role, you'll be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency. You'll lead the renewal process, working closely with the production team to deliver tailored solutions. By cultivating strong relationships with clients and their teams, you'll help secure existing business and identify opportunities for growth. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our branch. Here's what you'll do: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high-quality service. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Drive the renewal process and identify opportunities for additional services. About YouA bachelor's degree and 3+ years of client service or claims management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience. Property and Casualty Insurance License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication skills to explain complex issues in simple terms. A self-directed approach to managing multiple priorities. Previous insurance knowledge and financial acumen are a plus. Compensation And BenefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
