The tasks are as follows:Mandatory SkillsAll candidates must currently possess an Active TSSCI w/FS polygraph security clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.Intermediate to Expert level experience in Solr or Elastic Search (minimum 3 years) Performing schema updates Possessing significant knowledge & experience in submitting Lucene queries Possessing significant knowledge & experience on how Solr/Elastic shards work Possessing significant experience tuning Solr/Elastic for performance and query optimizationMinimum of 3 years of experience in a big data environment using tools such as Hadoop, Pyspark, Spark, and Hbase (prefer at least two of the list).Minimum of 5 years of hands-on, back-end Java development experience (not Javascript or Springboot) implementing code that undergoes code reviews, unit testing, integration testing and deployed to a production environment.College degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degreeOptional SkillsDemonstrated experience working with several AWS services.Demonstrated experience with JIRA and GITHUB.Special Note:Candidates will have to complete a resume template to provide details about their experience for the mandatory and optional skills sections.
