Plant Manager

We are conducting a search for a hands-on Plant Manager to lead operational transformation for a growing manufacturing operation in the building products industry.This is not a maintenance-style Plant Manager role. We are seeking a leader with proven success optimizing production flow, improving plant efficiency, strengthening quality systems, and building a high-performance culture on the manufacturing floor.
