You will also support sales, account strategy, insights & optimization, and marketing teams to hit aggressive growth targets. You will lead a high performing US-based team and a robust international team in India, Central & South America, and China ensuring 24/7 customer success and technical support. You will value operational excellence and drive seamless cross-regional collaboration with a customer-first approach. You and your team will work cross-functionally with senior leaders from Product, Global Tech, Sales, Client Services, and Marketing teams to scale the business, guarantee seamless campaign delivery, and focus on service quality through smart technology, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will standardize and scale processes, tools, and systems; drive a process improvement mindset to reduce waste; defend revenue by proactively ensuring operational rigor; and leverage AI to automate workflows.ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipMentor and manage a team of revenue operations professionals, including Revenue Operations Scaled Services (offshore / nearshore teams), Enablement & Support (ticket-based service operations), Technical Operations (incubation and solutions), Program Management (strategic programs and launch readiness), Process Mining & Efficiency (internal tools and product prioritization), Revenue Cycle Management (billing operations), and Trust and Safety Operations (Ad Policy Ops, Data Stewardship, Risk Ops).Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement the overarching strategy for the revenue operations department to align with company revenue, growth, and efficiency objectives.AlignmentBreak down silos between departments to ensure a cohesive customer / advertiser journey.Process ImprovementIdentify efficiencies in workflows and implement robust QA systems, troubleshooting procedures, and automation tools.EfficiencyDesign, implement, and optimize processes and systems to reduce friction and improve productivity.Advertising Policy Review & EnforcementOversee the policy and review process for advertising creatives, identifying potential risks and enforcing our policy with internal teams, advertisers, agencies, and tech partners.Billing Financial OversightLead billing performance; identify accuracy, timeliness, and cost-saving opportunities; and ensure accurate revenue recognition to mitigate financial risk.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product, Global Tech, Sales, Client Services, and Marketing teams to align ad operations with broader business objectives, support new business efforts, and manage client expectations.Performance ManagementEstablish reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure Revenue Operations efficiency, efficacy, and pacing against goals.Executive CommunicationPrepare and present reports on revenue operations to key executives.Leadership ExpectationsDeliver expected business results while always putting the customer first, consistently apply an omnichannel approach, adopt a "total company" perspective by considering data, customer insights, and different parts of Walmart when developing plans and strategies.Build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners, work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives, and communicate with energy and positivity to motivate, influence, and inspire commitment and action.Create a discipline and focus around developing talent, build a strong talent pipeline, foster an environment that allows everyone to bring their best selves to work, empower associates and partners to act in the best interest of the customer and company, and regularly recognize associates' contributions and accomplishments.What You'll BringDemonstrated experience building and leading a high-performing internationally distributed teamsStrong technical acumenExceptional communication and collaboration skillsStrategic thinker with strong operational judgment and analytical depthSkilled in navigating complexity and driving clarity through dataAbility to build strong cross functional partnerships across Walmart Connect and the broader Walmart organizationComfort influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across diverse stakeholdersPassion for building scalable, technology-enabled operating models that deliver measurable business impactPreferred QualificationsGraduate degree (MBA or Master's) preferredAdvanced experience implementing AI automation and location-based strategies to augment highly scaled operational workflowsDeep structural understanding of programmatic media and complex ad serving systemsProven capability to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and drive revenue growthBenefitsAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
