Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Arizona Licensed

Position Summary:The Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) will serve clients throughout Arizona. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor will provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in multiple settings. This position requires exceptional clinical skills, adaptability, and a passion for improving clients' quality of life through evidence-based interventions.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plansDesign, implement, and modify treatment protocols based on client progress and needsProvide direct ABA therapy services to clients across various settingsSupervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staffCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, and healthcare providersMaintain accurate and detailed client records and treatment documentationConduct regular progress reviews and adjust treatment plans accordinglyProvide parent/caregiver training and supportParticipate in treatment team meetings and case reviewsStay current with best practices and research in behavior analysisRequired Qualifications:Current Arizona LBA license in good standingMaster's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationProficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plansExcellent written and verbal communication skillsReliable transportation for in-person service deliveryProficiency with electronic health record systems and telehealth platformsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with diverse populations and age groupsKnowledge of Arizona insurance requirements and billing proceduresExperience providing services across multiple settings (home, school, community, telehealth)Experience supervising RBTs and BCaBAsBilingual skills (English/Spanish)Experience with crisis intervention and severe challenging behaviorsWork Environment & Schedule:Remote telehealth sessionsFlexible scheduling with some evening and weekend availability requiredHome-based officePhysical Requirements:Ability to respond quickly to ensure client safety during behavioral episodesAbility to work on a computer for telehealth sessions and documentation purposesSalary: $70000 - $90000 per year
