We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Data Center Technician II for a Full-Time position.Job Summary: Provides hands-on support for day-to-day data center operations. This role assists with maintaining infrastructure reliability, supporting hardware installations, and ensuring accurate asset tracking. The technician works closely with senior team members while developing technical skills in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Rack/stack servers and network equipmentCable management and labelingAsset tracking and inventoryAssist with hardware installs and removalsRequirements:Associate's Degree or equivalent experience1+ year IT or data center support experienceExperience supporting computer room or data center environmentsKnowledge of data center infrastructure and support systemsAbility to contribute to documentation and process developmentBasic cybersecurity knowledge (phishing, smishing, vishing)Strong customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs2+ years data center or infrastructure support preferredDoes this opportunity sound like a fit for you?
