Position Title: Assembler III - Mechanical/Electrical AssemblyLocation: Flower Mound, TX (Onsite)Pay Rate: $21-$24/hourContract Duration: 12 monthsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Assembler III to support the assembly of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into subassemblies and finished products. This role involves using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble, align, and calibrate components while ensuring products meet required specifications and quality standards.The ideal candidate has experience working in manufacturing or technical assembly environments and is comfortable following detailed procedures and quality guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical units, fabricated parts, and electrical/electronic components into subassemblies and finished productsUse hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment to complete assembly tasksFit, align, adjust, and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet product specifications and operating requirementsInspect assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerancesTroubleshoot and repair units that do not meet performance or quality requirementsFollow detailed work instructions, technical procedures, and safety guidelinesMaintain accurate production records and documentationSupport continuous workflow and maintain a clean and organized work areaRequired Qualifications2+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or technical environmentExperience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipmentAbility to read and follow assembly instructions, technical drawings, or proceduresStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work within structured processes and follow established guidelinesPreferred QualificationsExperience assembling mechanical or electromechanical productsExperience troubleshooting or repairing assembliesFamiliarity with quality control standards or manufacturing documentationWork EnvironmentManufacturing or production settingWork performed following well-defined procedures and safety guidelines
