You will work with a team of Regulatory and Quality members to fulfill and review product documentation, customer inquiries, and supporting documentation, adhering to FSMA regulations. Specific areas include: key day–to–day activities; research into international, Federal, state, local, and internal regulatory requirements; customer interactions; and working closely with cross-functional teams. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist plays a key role in the supply chain.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:Researching vendor data, internal systems, and various government online sites to gather and compile information in response to customer inquiries.Create and maintain databases to support Raw Materials Data Management.Review raw materials for compliance with applicable regulations, customer requirements, and industry guidelines.Issue questionnaires and documentation to customers to support their approval of the product.Assist and implement updates utilizing multiple computer platforms.Managing key customer accounts for the approval of products and manufacturers.Demonstrate dedication to achieve complete internal and external customer satisfaction.Format and create regulatory documents.Maintain working knowledge of FDA regulations.Read, understand, and interpret regulatory information.Simultaneously manage multiple deadlines and projects.Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong understanding of FDA cGMP, HACCP, FSMA regulations, QA programs, Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) compliance regulations, and compliance with GFSI standards.Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
