Mechanical Engineer
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team. As a key member of our design and development team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of various mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and a passion for applying cutting-edge technologies to real-world problems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative mechanical systems, including prototypes and production-ready components.
- Utilize CAD software such as SolidWorks to create detailed designs and models of mechanical systems.
- Conduct analysis and simulations using tools such as Simulink and MATLAB to ensure the mechanical systems meet performance and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with electronic and software components.
- Design and implement system controllers using logic controllers and develop control algorithms using programming languages like Arduino.
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) to optimize the structural integrity and performance of mechanical systems.
- Draft technical reports, user manuals, and other documentation to support the development and maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Participate in the testing and validation of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance and reliability of mechanical systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks and experience with mechanical design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in system design and simulation.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Arduino and MATLAB, and experience with logic controllers.
- Experience with FEA and a strong understanding of mechanical system performance and reliability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work products.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,036.00 per year
