The COIO will be responsible for overseeing the complex logistics of sourcing, storing, and distributing a significant volume of food across a vast service area, ensuring reliable access to nutritious food for those in need. This includes leading the end-to-end food supply chain, managing a large partner network, and developing and implementing programs that connect individuals with resources to support their long-term economic stability. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, sharing in the responsibility for the organization's success and compliance with all relevant requirements. Applicants for the COIO position at the company should have a demonstrated passion for the mission and a strong alignment with the values of collaboration, innovation, and solution-focused service. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent leadership experience is required, along with a minimum of 10 years' of progressive leadership experience, including at least five years in a senior operational role. The role demands deep operational expertise in supply chain, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation logistics, as well as experience in managing operations across large and diverse service areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building strong partnerships, be adept at performance and financial stewardship, and possess the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
