$1,000/$500 (FT/PT) New Employee Bonus over first year of employment.
$17.00 - $18.30 per wake hour; $12 per sleep hour; Experience, training, and willingness to accept additional responsibilities determine pay rate.

ISS assists individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently in their homes and communities in Fremont. Assistance is provided with all aspects of daily living skills and varies depending on the needs of each individual served.
Experience working with developmental disabilities is not required, however, DSP applicants must:
have a caring, positive attitude
be 21 years of age or older
have valid driver's license
have a high school diploma/GED
be willing to work every other weekend

Responsibilities of the DSP include:
Maintain quality of care and provide personal supports to individuals as outlined in each individual service plan;
Assist with community activities including shopping, banking, and recreation;
Supervise and record the administration of medications; and
Facilitate transportation to appointments and community activities.
