This role can be shaped at the Account Manager or Team Lead level, depending on experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering thoughtful coverage guidance, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.What You’ll DoManage a portfolio of personal lines clients, providing day-to-day service and proactive account supportServe as a trusted advisor on coverage, renewals, and policy changesHandle client and carrier inquiries, endorsements, policy issuance, and documentationSupport claims advocacy and guide clients through the claims processMaintain accurate and up-to-date account information in the agency management systemPartner with producers and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experienceFor more experienced candidates / Team Lead level:Provide guidance, mentorship, and day-to-day support to team membersAssist with workflow management and process improvementServe as a subject matter resource for complex accounts and escalationsWhat We’re Looking ForRequired: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance licenseRequired: Within commuting distance to one of our offices in NH or VTDemonstrated experience in personal lines account management or client serviceStrong knowledge of personal lines coverages (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detailComfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCompensationCompensation will be aligned to experience and level (Account Manager through Team Lead).
