Title:Administrative Analyst- Corporate Real Estate – Land AcquisitionJob Description:• Lead role in providing advanced administrative support to the team, leveraging 6 – 10 years of experience to ensure smooth operations and efficient processes.• Independently manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments for the leadership team, optimizing their time management and prioritizing critical tasks.• Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions, with meticulous attention to detail.• Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.• Conduct research, gather data, and compile comprehensive reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.• Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism, always maintaining a high level of confidentiality.• Assist in budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and interpersonal support.Responsibilities:• Independently manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments for the leadership team.• Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, handling logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.• Create and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.• Conduct research, gather data, and compile comprehensive reports for decision-making.• Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.• Assist in budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting.• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Essential Skills:• 6+ years in a similar role.• Proficiency in calendar management and administrative support.• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.• Experience with document management and quality control checks.Additional Skills & Qualifications:• Experience with title work or in a law office.• Experience with title process, title documentation, and title research.Work Environment:The role follows a typical schedule of Monday to Thursday in-office at Corporate Headquarters, with Friday being remote (some Fridays in office upon request), from 8 am to 5 pm.
