We push ourselves to go beyond what’s expected, building with ownership, moving fast, and scaling with ambition as we tackle our biggest growth opportunity in the US.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Partnerships Lead to own and grow sunday’s full portfolio of US Partnerships. Partnerships are a core growth channel for us - this person will set the strategic direction for how we expand our partner ecosystem in the US, while owning the execution end-to-end.This is the first dedicated partnerships hire in the US and an opportunity to build the function from the ground up. The role reports directly to the US CRO and works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to unlock the full potential of our partner channels.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Management & StrategyOwn the day-to-day management and strategic direction of sunday’s existing US partner portfolio - spanning integration partners (POS, loyalty, etc) and GTM partners (cross-sell and referral relationships)Define the strategy for expanding sunday’s partner ecosystem in the US - identifying which new integration partners to pursue, building the business cases, and leading the end-to-end process to sign and activate themLead all commercial negotiations - renewals, amendments, and net-new deals - and manage prioritization across a broad partner portfolioPartner with Product on integration roadmaps and build compelling business cases for new technical partnershipsSales Partnerships & GrowthBuild and deepen co-sell and referral relationships with both existing and new partners - turning partner channels into a meaningful driver of US revenue growthDesign and execute GTM plans for new partnerships - working closely with Sales and Marketing to activate channels, build joint materials, and drive measurable impactContinuously identify opportunities to supercharge existing partner channels - pushing beyond relationship maintenance to find new ways to grow with each partnerAbout You6–8 years of experience in partnerships in payments, fintech, or restaurant techStrong familiarity with the POS ecosystem - you understand who the major players are, how they go to market, and how to build mutually valuable relationships with themProven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships from initial deal through to long-term growthCommercial chops - you’re comfortable in a negotiation room and know how to structure deals that work for both sidesStrong executive presence - you can walk into a room with a senior partner, hold your own, and represent sunday with confidence and credibilityThrives as an individual contributor - energized by doing the work directly and comfortable owning a function without a team beneath them (for now)Cross-functional collaborator - you know how to work with Sales, Marketing, and Product without needing authority to get things doneA genuine passion for the restaurant and hospitality industryNice to Have:Existing relationships within the POS or restaurant tech ecosystemExperience at a high-growth startup (Series A–C) where you’ve had to build without a lot of infrastructureWhat we offerCompetitive salary: $150,000 – $200,000 base + stock optionsComprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision) for you and your dependents401(k) planFlexible, unlimited PTO policyHybrid work setup: 3 days/week in office in NYC, Atlanta, or ChicagoBroad scope of responsibilities and real autonomy from day oneOpportunity to build the US Partnership function from the ground up at a high-growth company🐾 Interview process stepsShare your story: Application with resumeLet's get to know each other through a phone screen interviewMeet with the hiring managerImpress your future colleagues with a case studyMeet with people from other departments and understand our cultureOffer: we want youReference Checks (3 most recent managers)Thank you for taking the time to apply, and looking forward to getting to know you!sunday is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, creed, color, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, gender, ethnicity, religion, national origin, ancestry, nationality, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, genetic information, or on any other basis prohibited by law (except where an attribute is a bona fide occupational qualification).
