Senior Finance Manager

POSITION SUMMARYThe Senior Finance Manager – Division is a strategic financial leader and trusted business partner. This role is responsible for driving the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function across the division, providing actionable insights that guide leadership decisions, improve operational performance, and support profitable growth. The ideal candidate combines deep FP&A expertise with a collaborative approach to partnering with Operations, Sales, and cross-functional leadership teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes for the division, coordinating inputs across all functional areas.Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards to division and corporate leadership.Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.Provide timely, accurate, and forward-looking financial commentary that drives accountability and performance improvement.Monitor divisional P&L, identify trends and risks, and proactively recommend corrective actions.Business Partnering with OperationsServe as one of the primary finance business partners to Operations and Sales within the division, and other corporate functions.Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights to support operational decision-making and drive efficiency.Partner with Operations on cost management initiatives, capacity analysis, and capital expenditure planning.Collaborate with commercial teams to analyze product line profitability and market expansion opportunities within the imaging portfolio.Participate in cross-functional project teams, providing financial guidance on new de novos, acquisitions, and process improvement initiatives.Leadership & ReportingMentor and develop junior finance team members, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.Support audit preparation and coordination as needed.QUALIFICATIONSRequiredBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.7+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior FP&A or business finance partnering role.Demonstrated experience in a medical device or healthcare technology environment preferred.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting tools, and ERP systems (Oracle or equivalent).Expert-level Excel skills; experience with BI/analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) strongly preferred.Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial performance to operational drivers.Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.PreferredMBA or CPA/CMA certification.Experience supporting a P&L within a divisional or multi-business unit structure.Familiarity with regulated industry accounting and reporting standards.Prior experience in a high-growth, public or private equity-backed organization.CORE COMPETENCIESStrategic Thinking – Anticipates business needs and connects financial strategy to long-term goals.Business Partnership – Builds trusted relationships with operational leaders to drive shared outcomes.Analytical Excellence – Synthesizes complex data into clear, decision-ready insights.Communication & Influence – Conveys financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.Results Orientation – Drives execution and holds self and others accountable to commitments.Adaptability – Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSWe offer a competitive total rewards package, including:Competitive base salary commensurate with experienceAnnual performance-based bonus eligibilityComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchGenerous paid time off and company holidays
