Account Configuration Trainer
What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire an Account Configuration Trainer. In this role, the Account Configuration Trainer will ensure customers can successfully adopt and use the products they purchase. You will intake customer information, configure systems on the backend, and lead live training sessions to help clients fully benefit from their product experience. You will collaborate closely with internal product, support, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and optimal account configuration.How We WorkAs an Account Configuration Trainer, you will be expected to work in a remote environment. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
