This role will work closely with leadership, project managers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects and business operations run efficiently.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Assist with project coordination activities including scheduling meetings, tracking timelines, and following up on deliverablesReview and organize contracts, consultant agreements, and operational documentationMaintain accurate records and filing systems for project and business-related materialsMonitor deadlines, renewals, and compliance-related items associated with contracts and agreementsSupport communication between internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external partnersPrepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentsProvide operational and administrative support to a larger team and leadership groupHelp improve internal administrative workflows and processesAssist with special projects and additional operational tasks as neededQualifications:3+ years of administrative, operations, project coordination, or contracts support experience preferredPrior experience supporting project managers, operations teams, or business leadership strongly preferredExposure to contract review, consultant agreements, or project documentation highly preferredStrong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry is a plusExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAdditional Details:Temp-to-hire opportunityPosition supports a larger operational and project-focused teamPerks:Hybrid schedule with remote FridaysOpportunity to support high-level projects and leadership teamsCollaborative and team-oriented workplaceLong-term growth potential within a stable organizationExposure to project operations and business management functionsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
