Lead PAM Engineer - CONTINGENT

Job Description ROGERCO, Inc. (RCI) is seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to join a team supporting the administration of programs on behalf of a Federal agency. In this role, you will plan, design, and incorporate PAM capabilities across multiple environments. This is a Hybrid role based in Washington, DC, with potential for remote work. This position is contingent upon contract award.RequirementsResponsibilities:Direct planning and implementation of PAM platform(s) across on-premises and cloud-based systemsLead stakeholder engagementDefine the PAM solution architectureManage end-to-end PAM implementation and adoptionQualifications:Experience: 10 years of related experience (preferred)Certifications: Relevant cybersecurity certification demonstrating competence in vulnerability management, risk, or operations support (required)Experience with stakeholder engagement a plus.Strong communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Must be a United States citizen.
