We're looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to help create a workplace where our team can thrive.This role is responsible for shaping the day-to-day office experience — ensuring our physical workplace runs smoothly, feels welcoming, and supports productivity and collaboration. You’ll manage office operations, events, vendor relationships, and workplace initiatives that support our growing team.ResponsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day operations of the San Francisco officeManage office vendors including facilities, building management, cleaning, and office servicesEnsure the office environment is organized, functional, and welcomingCoordinate office maintenance, repairs, and improvementsManage office supplies, equipment, and workplace logisticsSupport employee onboarding with workspace setup and office orientationPlan and coordinate internal events including team lunches, celebrations, and offsitesAssist with external events held at the WorkOS officeManage workplace budgets and track office-related expensesImprove operational systems that help the workplace scale as the company growsThis role requires being in the office 5 days/weekQualifications3–6 years of experience in workplace operations, office management, hospitality, or employee experience rolesStrong organizational and operational skillsExperience managing vendors and coordinating facilities operationsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of ownershipBonusExperience working at a high-growth startupExperience planning company events or onsitesFamiliarity with workplace tools such as Envoy, Notion, or vendor management systemsBenefits (US Only) 💖At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being.
