Minimum Qualifications
CPR/AED Certification required
First Aid Certification preferred
CAP Certification Preferred
Knowledge of the fundamental and technical aspects of Soccer
Ability to effectively foster the improvement of student-athletes as Soccer Athletes
Soccer coaching experience preferred
Must abide by the Waterford School District Coaches Handbook and overall District athletic philosophy
Essential Functions
Plan, organize and facilitate practices
Oversee and manage game play
Assist players in developing soccer fundamental skills
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Work effectively with the entire coaching staff and athletic department
Teach, maintain and enforce character and academic expectations within the program
