The Role We're seeking a passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and build the AI systems that power our coaching platform. You'll be developing intelligent agents that can conduct mock interviews, provide personalized feedback, analyze coding performance, and create adaptive learning paths for our users. Key ResponsibilitiesAI Agent Development Build conversational AI agents for technical interview simulation (coding, system design, ML theory) Develop NLP models for resume optimization and job description matching Create personalized recommendation engines for skill development and learning paths Implement AI-powered feedback systems for coding challenges and interview performance Interview Intelligence Platform Design ML models to analyze interview performance and identify improvement areas Build real-time coding assessment tools with intelligent hints and guidance Create adaptive question generation systems based on user skill level and target companies Develop sentiment analysis and communication coaching features Data Science & Analytics Analyze user learning patterns and success metrics to improve platform effectiveness Build predictive models for job placement success and salary negotiations Create dashboards and insights for users to track their interview readiness Implement A/B testing frameworks for coaching strategy optimization Platform Infrastructure Scale ML inference systems to handle real-time interview simulations Build robust data pipelines for processing interview data and user interactions Implement model versioning and continuous deployment for AI coaching models Optimize system performance for low-latency conversational AI experiences Research & Innovation Stay current with MAANGO interview trends and technical requirements Experiment with latest AI technologies (LLMs, multimodal AI, reinforcement learning) Collaborate with career coaches to translate human expertise into AI systems Contribute to technical content and thought leadership in AI career coaching Required QualificationsTechnical Skills 3+ years of ML engineering experience with production AI systems Strong expertise in NLP, conversational AI, and LLM fine-tuning Python mastery with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers) Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP) with ML services and deployment Real-time systems experience for low-latency AI applications API development skills for integrating AI models with web platforms Domain Knowledge Deep understanding of technical interview processes at top tech companies Experience with coding interview platforms and assessment tools Knowledge of computer science fundamentals (algorithms, system design, ML theory) Familiarity with career coaching or educational technology domains Understanding of personalized learning and adaptive assessment systems AI/ML Expertise Experience with large language models and prompt engineering Knowledge of recommendation systems and personalization algorithms Familiarity with reinforcement learning for adaptive learning systems Understanding of multimodal AI (text, code, speech) for comprehensive coaching Experience with model evaluation and human feedback integration Preferred Qualifications Personal experience interviewing at MAANGO companies (successful or not!)
