OFFICE ASSISTANT

Office Assistant Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish) Needed to provide support for Office Manager at a polyurethane manufacturing company with ~35 employees. This position will provide vital support to the Office Manager and other departments as needed. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail oriented, use excellent communication skills, and have previous experience working in an office environment and performing administrative tasks. Requirements Bilingual (Spanish/English) 3+ years administrative experience Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to follow company procedures accurately and efficiently Ability to multi-task and prioritize Excellent attendance High school diploma or equivalent Pre-employment drug and background screening Job duties include: Handling incoming calls using a 4-line phone system Handling incoming visitors and directing to the appropriate office personnel accordingly Assisting in planning/scheduling meetings and appointments Preparing incoming/outgoing shipments via LTL, UPS, FedEx, etc. Preparing vendor purchase orders and tracking for timely delivery Monitoring office supply inventory and ordering as necessary Tracking 35+ employee's attendance daily Assisting with HR tasks including distributing incoming applications/resumes, tracking applicants, and scheduling interviews Preparing/maintaining reports in Excel Maintaining organized filing system Supporting Office Manager with daily tasks as assigned Additional benefits as an ESCO employee after probationary period include: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid vacation and holidays Performance bonuses
