As a Big 10 Mart Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Convenience Store/Gas Station, creating a positive atmosphere for your Team Members, along with hiring and training new Team Members. Responsibilities of a Store Manager include: Hiring and Training of Team Members to Provide superior customer service while meeting Big 10 Mart operational goals. Prepare schedules, coach, and discipline, and retain Team Members. Manage the cleanliness and organization of the gas station. Perform paperwork/ accounting functions. Open/Close/Cover shifts as needed All other tasks required to maintain a successful station. Requirements: 2+ years’ experience in retail management with a successful record of performance. High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience with recruiting, hiring, and coaching Ability to perform store-level accounting functions.
