Leverage our 20+ years of experience and expertise serving the tank container industry.Job SummaryThis role supports EXSIF’s Contracts team by providing administrative and coordination support across contract drafting, documentation, and compliance activities. The position will require interaction with senior management, the sales team, as well as the other various departments within the company. The position assists with the drafting of standard agreements and addenda, while helping to maintain contract records and processes. Exposure to compliance, due diligence, sustainability, and lease deal analysis will be part of the role, but the primary focus is execution, organization, and follow-through. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive and responsive. Legal or contract-related experience (e.g., paralegal or contract administration) is a plus. This is a global role requiring strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to operate effectively across regions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the drafting, preparation, formatting, and tracking of company standard contracts and addendaSupport the review and organization of contract documentation to ensure completeness and accuracyMaintain contract records, templates, and documentation within EXSIF systems and proceduresCoordinate with Sales and other internal teams to gather required information and move contracts forwardHelp ensure compliance with corporate contract policies, OFAC sanctions checks, and insurance requirementsRun compliance checks and support due diligence activities for new and existing customers (e.g., BvD Compliance CatalystTrack contract status, follow up on outstanding items, and help ensure timely executionAssist in identifying process gaps and escalating issues accordinglyAssist in the credit review and system updating processSupport internal and external communications related to contract requests, updates, and documentation needsPrioritize tasks and manage timelines to meet internal and customer deadlinesQualifications 1 - 3 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, paralegal work, or similarExposure to contract drafting, reviewing, or redlining preferred; strong administrative support experience requiredJuris Doctor or ABA paralegal certificate a plus, but not requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracyOrganized, process-oriented, and comfortable working within structured systems and workflowsEffective communicator with ability to work across functions and regionsProactive and solution-oriented, with willingness to escalate issues when neededAbility to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environmentComfortable learning and using internal systems and toolsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and document management/e-signature tools (e.g., Adobe Sign)
