We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, AI Agents, Intelligent Document Processing, and enterprise automation.Position: Senior AI Engineer – Generative AI & Intelligent AutomationLocation: Charlotte, NC – HybridExperience: 5+ YearsInterview: Final interview will be F2FImportant: Candidates should be able to attend the final interview in person.Key Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in AI, ML, Generative AI, or Intelligent AutomationStrong hands-on experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, and agent-based architectures3+ years of experience with Document AI / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)Strong experience with OCR, PDF parsing, data extraction, confidence scoring, rule-based validation, semantic matching, and fuzzy comparisonProven experience building LLM applications, AI Agents, RAG solutions, and workflow automationStrong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, JSON/XML schema mapping, and enterprise integrationsExperience implementing Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), exception handling, and validation frameworksKnowledge of workflow orchestration and event-driven architecturesExperience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic searchFamiliarity with MongoDB, Neo4j Knowledge Graphs, Redis, and vector databasesStrong understanding of AI governance, PII/data privacy, explainability, auditability, and Responsible AIExperience with MLOps, AI observability, model monitoring, and AI evaluation frameworksProficiency with Git, CI/CD, Agile, automated testing, and production deployment practicesIdeal CandidateWe are looking for an engineer who can go beyond building POCs and has experience taking AI/GenAI solutions into production.
